Ushbu maqolada nutqning kommunikativ sifatlari, nutqning sofligi, nutq sofligini buzuvchi omillar, fonetik-orfoepik xatoliklar, dialektizmlar, varvarizmlar, jargonlar, parazit so`zlar, vulgarizmlar, konselyarizmlar, adabiy til me`yorlari, o`qituvchi-padagoglar nutqiga qo`yiluvchi talablar, ,,Davlat tilida ish yuritish to`g`risida” gi qonun, ,,Davlat tili to`g`risida” gi qonun, nutqning sofligini buzuvchi omillarni bartaraf etish va bu sohada olib borilayotgan chora-tadbirlar to`g`risida so`z boradi.
