
Abstract In this work, a retrospective analysis of medical records of patients in a children's infectious diseases hospital from 2021 to 2023 was carried out, with a diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis, scarlet fever, pneumonia, and viral hepatitis. An assessment of the age significance and features of the clinical course of these infectious diseases was carried out.
