Abstract

Ushbu maqolada malakatimizda xotin-qizlar huquqini ta’minlash,va uni amalga oshirishda huquqiy madaniyat va huquqiy ongni oshirishni muhim ekanligini ,har bir sohada gender tengligiga amal qilishga e’tibor qaratilgan.Mamalakatimizda so’nggi yillarda xotin-qizlar uchun yaratilgan imtiyozlar va qonunchilikdagi yangiliklar haqida ma’lumot beradi.Bundan tashqarari so’nggi yillardagi xotin-qizlar huquqlaridagi bosqicha-bosqich rivojlanish jarayonini bayon etiladi.
