PRÁTICAS SUSTENTÁVEIS NAS ORGANIZAÇÕES E SUAS IMPLICAÇÕES NA DECISÃO DE COMPRA DOS CLIENTES: UM ESTUDO COM DISCENTES DE ENSINO SUPERIOR

Abstract

Este estudo teve como objetivo compreender a influência das práticas sustentáveis na decisão de compra em alunos de uma instituição de ensino superior, diante do cenário mercadológico atual. Os conceitos acerca da sustentabilidade, marketing verde e comportamento de consumo sustentável foram definidos a partir de vários estudos, podendo-se destacar Ottman (2012), Dahlstrom (2012), Boff (2017) e Kumar (2022). Para atingir o objetivo utilizou-se uma abordagem aplicada, descritiva e de natureza quantitativa, por meio da aplicação de uma survey no Google Forms com a participação de 70 discentes dos cursos de Administração, Biomedicina, Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Enfermagem, Fisioterapia, Farmácia, Medicina e Nutrição da Unesulbahia – Faculdades Integradas, do município de Eunápolis/BA. Os resultados evidenciam que os entrevistados são influenciados pelas acões sustentáveis das empresas. Além disso, dão importância às questões ambientais e apoiam o desenvolvimento das empresas verdes, entretanto, ainda não possuem confiança de que o Brasil como um todo, siga e cumpra com os objetivos propostos pela Agenda 2030.
