So‘nggi yillarda Yangi O‘zbekistonda sodir bo‘layotgan tub islohotlar ta’lim tizimini rivojlantirish uchun juda muhim bo‘lgan bir qator nazariy va hamda amaliyotga doir dolzarb muammolarni ochib bermoqda. Shu boisdan ham, ta’lim sifatini sotsial boshqarish nazariyasi va amaliyoti ta’lim samaradorligiga erishishning istiqbolli diskursiv yondashuvlarini ishlab chiqish, bu jarayonni modernizatsiya qilishning asosiy yo‘nalishlarini belgilashni kun tartibiga chiqazadi.
