In the midst of this process of Velasquista reforms, the Pamplona Alta area was invaded by a population contingent that ranged between 6,000 and 9,000 people, who caused a great impact on the Government, for which they were transferred to the foothills. from the hill of Tablada de Lurín, where they are organized in sectors, residential groups, and blocks; under the supervision of SINAMOS (National System of Social Mobilization) and with the strong support of various sectors of the Catholic Church.
