Abstract

In the digital age, when everyone is faced with hundreds of advertising messages every day, the effectiveness of digital marketing is becoming a key task for companies. Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies requires the use of specialized tools capable of measuring the impact of marketing campaigns on consumer behavior and perception. This review is devoted to the analysis of various techniques and tools for evaluating the effectiveness of digital marketing, including analytics systems such as Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Mixpanel and Microsoft Clarity. The main focus is on methods for measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), including parameters such as clickability (CTR), cost per click (CPC) and conversions. The results show that each marketing strategy requires an individual approach to the choice of evaluation tools and methods, depending on the specifics of the business and the goals of the campaign.
