In order to better understand the goals of performance assessment implementation, the method of performance appraisal, and the advantages of performance appraisal, the current research was conducted. The researcher has used all secondary sources of data for this goal. A range of books, magazines, and internet sources were consulted in order to get the essential data. The research may be concluded with the finding that performance reviews improve cooperation and boost human resource productivity in the workplace.
