Перспективы Использования Бурых Водорослей Для Профилактики Производственно-Обусловленных Нарушений Состояния Здоровья

Abstract

В работе обсуждаются перспективы и возможности введения продуктов переработки бурых водорослей в рационы лечебно-профилактического питания (ЛПП) для работающих во вредных условиях труда. Показана определяющая роль полисахаридов водорослей, обладающих свойствами энтеросорбентов, в профилактике производственно-обусловленных и профессиональных нарушений состояния здоровья. Отмечено, что аналогичным действием обладают альгинатсодержащие продукты из бурых водорослей в виде биогелей, в частности специализированный пищевой продукт «Ламиналь (биогель из морской капусты)» для диетического профилактического и диетического лечебного питания. Проведённый анализ свидетельствует о том, что назрела необходимость в расширении перечня веществ для рационов лечебно-профилактического питания с включением в него альгината или альгинатсодержащей продукции при осуществлении работ во вредных условиях труда. The paper discusses the prospects and opportunities for introducing the brown algae processing products into the diets of medical-preventive nutrition (MPN) for working in harmful production conditions. Determining role of the algae polysaccharides with the properties of enterosorbents in the prevention of production-conditioned and professional health disorders is shown. It is noted that alginate-containing products from brown algae in the form of biogels have a similar effect, in particular, the specialized food product “Laminal” (biogel from laminaria for dietary preventive and dietary therapeutic nutrition). The analysis shows that there is a need to expand the list of substances for rations of therapeutic-preventive nutrition with inclusion in alginate or alginate-containing products when working in harmful labor conditions.
