Abstract

Organik nanokristallardan yanada kengroq foydalanish ularning ilk sintez mexanizmlarini chuqurroq tushunishni talab qiladi [1,2]. Yaqin yillargacha yadrolarning hosil bo‘lishida Klassik nukletasiya nazariyadan foydalanilardi. Ammo, so‘nggi tajribalarda aniqlangan yadrolanish tezligi hamda Klassik nukleatsiya nazariyasi orqali topiladigan yadrolanish tezliklari orasida sezilarli farqlar kuzatildi. Olib borilgan ilmiy izlanishlarga qaramay, yadro hosil boʻlishining boshlanishi, nukleatsiyasi hali ham toʻliq tushunilmadi [3].
