
It is important to study and analyze the criminal-procedural legislation of developed foreign countries in order to study and analyze the problems in the implementation of the rights of the defender in all stages of the criminal proceedings, to determine its procedural status and to develop proposals and recommendations aimed at expanding the rights of the defender. In this thesis, the experience of foreign countries related to ensuring the rights of the defender is analyzed on the basis of their criminal procedural laws.
