Camley These codes are shared to allow replication of our results and further exploration. Our codes were not developed with the goal of being efficient or easy to read, nor do they follow standard notations and conventions. We cannot guarantee that they will work as predicted if you try to change things without understanding them. In this sense, they are released in the spirit of the CRAPL license. Paper available at: https://doi.org/10.1073/pnas.2318248121 The zip file includes: - Python simulation code used in the article. - Jupyter notebooks to generate the paper figures: - "Figure 2.ipynb": Generate paper's Fig. 2 panels. - "Figure 3 and 4.ipynb": Generate paper's Fig. 3 and 4 panels. - "Figure 5.ipynb": Generate paper's Fig. 5 panels. - "Figure 6 and Figure S3.ipynb": Generate paper's Fig. 6 and Fig. S3 panels. - "Figure 7-S2.ipynb": Generate paper's Fig. 7 and Fig. S2 panels. - "Figure S1.ipynb": Generate paper's Fig. S1 panels. - "Selection and Classification of MDCK cell trajectories - Figures S4-S5.ipynb": MDCK cell experimental trajectories analysis and Fig. S4-S5. Requirements: - All python code runs in python 3, specifically we used Python 3.9.5. - The Jupyter notebook version is !jupyter 7.0.8 and was installed using the default Anaconda installation. - To install all required packages run 'pip install -r requirement.txt'
| citations This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
