The objective of this deliverable is the drafting of an Adverse Outcome Pathway (AOP)-informed Integrated Approach to Testing and Assessment (IATA) for cardiotoxicity. The proposed IATA guides the identification and assessment of a cardiotoxic potential of chemicals, integrating a range of different methodologies. The developed AOP networks are used as a basis for testing within the IATA. The IATA's strengths and uncertainties are documented. Additionally, we lay out the potential utilization of methods and information generated within ALTERNATIVE and other existing NAMs to address cardiotoxicity assessment. Available methods are identified and a vision of cardiotoxicity assessment within a future Next Generation Risk Assessment (NGRA) approach outlined. This work will continue in WP7 where methods and data developed within ALTERNATIVE will be integrated into this IATA.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
