Abstract

RESUMO: O presente artigo aborda os requisitos formais para a decretação de prisão em flagrante de parlamentar protegido por imunidade. O estudo busca apresentar uma visão objetiva e imparcial sobre o caso, embasando-se em informações disponíveis na mídia, referências acadêmicas e documentos disponíveis no processo de Conhecimento de Medida Cautelar que tramita na Câmara de Deputados.
