Abstract

RESUMO: Hodiernamente, a guarda de animais de estimação em casos de separação e dissolução de união estável é um tema bastante debatido, devido à ausência de legislação específica. Este estudo busca examinar a legislação brasileira, bem como a doutrina e jurisprudências pertinentes para entender como os tribunais têm abordado a guarda de animais de estimação nesses casos.
