
Appendix I A content analysis was conducted on the programs of the last 5 years (2019 - 2023) of the two main science festivals in Italy: the Genoa Science Festival* and the Futuro Remoto Festival - Naples. Contents related to workshops, games and special events, identified through the keyword “sostenibil*”, were selected for analysis. Science cafes and conferences were not considered. The analysis considered the proposing Institutions, the proposed discipline, any interdisciplinary approach - considering as interdisciplinary contents that referred to at least 2 of the three sectors of the Triple bottom line of sustainability (economy, society and environment) - and any reference to textile-related topics. * The 2020 edition of the Genoa Science Festival was not held because of the pandemic.
