This code project was the core of serum prostate cancer diagnosis based on surface-enhanced Ramanspectroscopy for metabolic phenotyping. The codes of the model, training engine, the testing script as well as the model weight and partial test dataset were uploaded. We encouraged further researches based on our work. Other data including the dataset of training, validation, and external validation cohort can be obtained upom reasonable request from the corresponding author(yejian78@sjtu.edu.cn) or from B. X., one of the first authors (bingsenxue@sjtu.edu.cn). lf you have any other questions about the code and the related technical details, please contact the authors without any hesitation. The authors sincerely welcome more cooperations and discussions about computational spectroscopy and Al for science.
