El liderazgo educativo en el proceso de aprendizaje

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación buscó conocer la gerencia educativa en el proceso de aprendizaje, desde la perspectiva de los directivos, docentes y estudiantes, en el cantón de Quito, Provincia de Pichincha- Ecuador. Desde el paradigma positivista se siguió un diseño transaccional descriptivo, al recolectar los datos en un tiempo único. El cuestionario fue estructurado, compuesto por cuarenta y cuatro (44) ítems; la población estuvo conformada por sesenta y tres (63) personas, distribuidas de la siguiente manera: tres (3) directivos, quince (15) docentes, quince estudiantes (15) de primero bachillerato B.G.U, quince (15) estudiantes de bachillerato B.I y quince (15) estudiantes de bachillerato técnicos. La recolección de la información se realizó con la técnica de la encuesta, mediante un instrumento tipo cuestionario estructurado, cuya validez de contenido se logró con el juicio de expertos y se procesó la confiabilidad con el método Alpha de Cronbach con una puntuación de 0,94.

ABSTRACT The present research sought to know the educational management in the learning process, from the perspective of directors, teachers and students, in the canton of Quito, Province of Pichincha- Ecuador. From the positivist paradigm, a descriptive transactional design was followed, collecting data in a single time. The questionnaire was structured, composed of forty-four (44) items; The population consisted of sixty-three (63) people, distributed as follows: three (3) directors, fifteen (15) teachers, fifteen (15) students of the first baccalaureate B.G.U., fifteen (15) students of the B.I baccalaureate and fifteen (15) technical baccalaureate students. The information was collected using the survey technique, using a structured questionnaire-type instrument, whose content validity was achieved with the judgment of experts, and reliability was processed with Cronbach's Alpha method with a score of 0.94.
