
This session presents the current challenges and solutions presented when implementing PIDs in the MENA region. Mohamad shares an understanding of the global Open Infrastructure landscape and how PIDs are being used on global and national levels. Also, he highlights DataCite’s role in fostering the adoptions of PIDs, improving accessibility, and enabling communities in lesser represented regions to further benefit from our open infrastructure services through the Global Access Program (GAP).
