РЕТОРОСПЕКТИВНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИЯ ЦИРРОЗА ПЕЧЕНИ СРЕДИ СЕЛЬСКОГО НАСЕЛЕНИЯ

Abstract

В мире, по итогам 2017 года, от цирроза печени погибло более 1,32 миллиона человек, из которых 440 женщин и 883 мужчин. Это составило 2,4% от общего показателя смертности в популяции. Цирроз печени, занимая одно из главных мест среди болезней человечества, входит в десятку хронических заболеваний, увеличивающих причины потери трудоспособности и смерти. По данным статистики, во многих странах мира, кроме государств Восточной Европы и Центральной Азии, стандартизированный показатель смертности по возрасту, в период с 1990 года по 2017 год, уменьшился или стабильно сохранился. В этих государствах в виде исключения стандартизированная степень смертности по возрасту неуклонно росла за счёт широкой распространённости заболеваний печени.
