Abstract

Este ebook está completamente direcionado para pessoas de ensinomédio, graduação, e até mesmo àqueles interessados em física de partículasde um modo geral. Dito isto, a matemática e o formalismo matemático émantido no mínimo possível, para que dê-se ênfase na compreensão dosconceitos e no entendimento por trás das ideias que giram em torno dostemas tratados .Com isso, na primeira parte busca-se abordar primeiramente temasrelacionados às bases da física de partículas, como por exemplos as principaisequações da quântica, a relatividade especial e o modelo padrão. Por fim, aparte II trata de assuntos além do modelo padrão e contextos nos quaistestamos ou aplicamos diretamente conhecimentos de físicas de partículas.Este material é resultado do projeto final do Programa de Formação em Físicade Partículas e Astropartículas (Código PJ933-2023) vinculado à UFRN. Oobjetivo deste programa é fornecer educação em Física de Partículas paraestudante do ensino médio e início da graduação e, por fim, estimulá-los aproduzir um ebook (como esse) com os conhecimentos adquiridos.
