Reproduction package for Salas, Musoke, Chatterjee et al. 2024, MNRAS, Volume 533, Issue 1, September 2024, Pages 254–267"Resolution analysis of magnetically arrested disk simulations"Paper: https://doi.org/10.1093/mnras/stae1834 The GRMHD simulation text files in the folder "Data", are split up into subfolder according to resolution in a logarithmic spherical-polar grid:128: for resolution R1: 288x128x128256: for resolution R2: 580x288x256512: for resolution R3: 1280x576x5121024: for resolution R4: 2240x1056x10242304: for resolution R5: 5376x2304x2304 The python jupyter notebooks provide functions to load in and plot the GRMHD variables. The figures are saved in "Output". The notebook was built using Python 3.9.18. A description of the files are as follows: "post_process.txt": Variables vs time from the GRMHD simulations "post_process_rad.txt": Variables vs time and radius from the GRMHD simulations The raw GRMHD data underlying this article can be shared on reasonable request to the corresponding authors of Ripperda B. , Liska M., Chatterjee K., Musoke G., Philippov A.
