La democracia electoral en Hidalgo: ¿transformación o permanencia?

Abstract

La alternancia política se ha dado a nivel de presidencia de la República desde las elecciones de 2000. Asimismo se ha pasado de un sistema político con partido hegemónico a uno pluralista a nivel federal, con un parlamento y senado sin mayorías absolutas. Esto también ha ocurido en buena parte de las entidades federativas.
