
Before recommending and starting rehabilitation, strength and conditioning programs for athletes, examine their movement patterns, not just part of them, thus revealing the weakest link in the biomechanical chain. It should be prepared in such a way as to ensure the elimination of the weakest links in work programs and to contribute to the correction and elimination of movement restrictions.
