Защита персональных данных сотрудников

Abstract

Введение. В последние годы все больше внимания уделяется важности защиты личных данных сотрудников внутри организаций. Это связано с различными факторами, в том числе с громкими утечками данных, более строгими правилами защиты данных, такими как Общий регламент ЕС по защите данных (GDPR), и большей осведомленностью сотрудников о рисках конфиденциальности данных (Smith, 2021). Защита данных сотрудников предполагает не только защиту их от внешних угроз, таких как хакеры, но и обеспечение надлежащего обращения с данными внутри организации. Неправильное обращение с данными о сотрудниках может привести к проблемам с соблюдением требований, потере доверия и нанесению ущерба репутации организации, и отношениям с ее сотрудниками. В этой статье будет представлен обзор ключевых соображений, стратегий и передового опыта в отношении защиты персональных данных сотрудников на основе обзора текущих научных и отраслевых исследований.
