
Abstract The study aimed to support the organizational citizenship behavior of employees at the Yemen Red Sea Ports Corporation by defining the role of administrative empowerment as a mediator in the impact of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. The study relied on the quantitative approach, and the study sample was chosen using the relative stratified random sampling method, which amounted to (291) individuals. The data of the study were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using the structural equation modeling (Smart-PLS-SEM). The study revealed that transformational leadership and administrative empowerment directly affect the behavior of organizational citizenship, and that leadership transformational directly affects administrative empowerment, and that administrative empowerment represents a partial mediator in the impact of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior.
