Abstract

Hoy en día, las instalaciones donde se trabaja se equiparan a la –segunda– casa de los empleados, estos brindan su tiempo, esforzándose en convivencia con otros compañeros y compañeras para el logro de los objetivos organizacionales. Dentro de las organizaciones existen experiencias que se pueden asociar a sensaciones agradables y percepciones de entornos amistosos (como lo son los incentivos laborales, las salidas por solicitud, trato con compañeros o compañeras en algún receso) o de asfixia u opresión (como horarios prolongados, saturaciones de trabajo o amenazas de desempleo). Por lo que es necesario entender que los factores personales (como el compromiso, la motivación, la comunicación o las actitudes) y organizacionales (como el liderazgo, los métodos de trabajo, el clima organizacional, los espacios de trabajo y los riesgos) pueden ser fácilmente volubles o variables que afectan asimismo el comportamiento y el desempeño de los empleados. La metodología utilizada en este estudio fue descriptiva, transversal y con enfoque cuantitativo. Su objetivo fue el siguiente: diagnosticar el clima organizacional laboral que es percibido por el personal administrativo de una Facultad de la zona Xalapa de la Universidad Veracruzana. Tras el análisis de los hallazgos, se concluye que el clima organizacional laboral en la entidad de estudio es bueno.
