DepoScope - Predict and annotate phage depolymerases

Abstract

This repository contains the model files for DepoScope: (1) a ZIP-file of the finetuned ESM-2 model that does token classification and (2) a DepoScope.model file that does binary classification (and builds on the token classification model).
