МЕТОДЫ, НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ И МЕХАНИЗМЫ СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЯ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ В СТРОИТЕЛЬСТВЕ

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу современных методов, направлений и механизмов совершенствования технологий управления в строительстве. Освещены ключевые аспекты инновационного развития управленческих практик в строительной отрасли, включая применение информационных технологий, гибких методологий, повышение квалификации специалистов и стандартизацию процессов. Обсуждены возможные препятствия на пути внедрения нововведений и предложены пути их преодоления. Особое внимание уделено потенциальным преимуществам инноваций для трудовых ресурсов, руководителей проектов и строительной отрасли в целом. Акцентируется важность интеграции научных разработок в практическую деятельность для достижения повышения эффективности, качества строительства и устойчивого развития отрасли.
