This deliverable 1.1 of the HE project EOSC Focus (GA# 101058432) reports on the Quality and Risk Management Plan which is the manual laying down the process and procedures within the project consortium ensuring high-quality project results. It will remain as the EOSC Focus project handbook defining the organisation and the methodology which the project partners will be expected to apply throughout the entire project lifecycle.
