
CoVFit is a protein language model for accurately predicting the fitness of SARS-CoV-2 variants. Here, you can download the CoVFit-CLI tool to make fitness and DMS predictions of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein sequences in fasta format from a Linux or Windows WSL2 terminal.
