A structured questionnaire was made and a survey was conducted among 174 IT employees to assess their opinion and views on the four-day workweek concept. The survey results showed that a majority of employees would be supportive with the most common reasons being increased work-life balance, improved productivity, and reduced stress levels. Overall, the survey results suggest that there is a strong level of support and acceptance for this concept among IT employees.
