Abstract

El cine como estrategia didáctica en la enseñanza de la historia. Una aproximación independiente al uso adecuado del recurso audiovisual. Caso específico del estudio: Segunda Guerra Mundial busca explorar las ventajas del cine como herramienta didáctica en la enseñanza de la historia. Se analizan los orígenes de la cinematografía y los efectos que esta tiene en el espectador. Se toman como base teórica las perspectivas de especialistas en el ámbito cinematográfico y se recurre a experiencias anteriores mediante el uso del cine foro como herramienta de aprendizaje. En la práctica, se observó una preferencia menor por documentales largos y antiguos y una mayor receptividad hacia documentales y películas producidas por compañías comerciales. Asimismo, se confirmó que el aprendizaje es más significativo cuando se apoya en recursos audiovisuales.
