Les dimensions de mesure déterminantes de l'impact de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises sur la performance économique : Une revue systématique de la littérature sur les variables de mesure

Abstract

L’objectif de ce document repose sur une analyse approfondie de la relation entre la responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE) et la performance économique des entreprises (PE), basée sur des recherches antérieures. En adoptant une méthodologie rigoureuse et systématique, cette étude mène une analyse documentaire de 20 études, filtrant et recueillant un échantillon total de 127 observations. Les résultats de cette analyse mettent en lumière une dimension de mesure de la RSE qui englobe trois objectifs simultanés : la prospérité économique, la qualité environnementale et la justice sociale. Ces résultats précieux apportent une contribution significative à la compréhension de la RSE et de la durabilité des entreprises, enrichissant ainsi le corpus de connaissances dans ce domaine.
