Abstract

Mazkur maqolada fuqarolik va siyosiy huquqlar to‘g‘risidagi xalqaro pakt va uning ijro etilishi proseduralari, inson huquqlari bo‘yicha qo‘mita faoliyati va unda O‘zbekistonning ishtiroki bo‘yicha tahliliy fikrlar bayon etilgan. Bu maqolada, fuqarolik va siyosiy huquqlar to‘g‘risidagi xalqaro pakt va uning ijro etilishi proseduralari, inson huquqlari bo‘yicha qo‘mita faoliyati va unda O‘zbekistonning ishtiroki bo‘yicha tahliliy fikrlar bayon etilgan bo‘libgina qolmay, atroflicha va ayni damda to‘g‘ri yondoshishga qaratilgan.
