
The article analyzes torts offenses (TO). It highlights various types of TO and their legal regulation. The laws and principles regulating tort law are discussed, along with effective defense methods of clients' interests in court such as comparative negligence and challenging causation. To demonstrate the practical application of these strategies, cases such as Martex Corp. v. Artiles, the multidistrict Formula NEC litigation, and PFAS Contamination lawsuits are analyzed.
