Nowadays, it is easy to have almost anything we want at our fingertips; we only need a device that provides us with access to the multitude of applications and websites that function as intermediaries between us and the world. Although there are great benefits of the hyperconnection in which we live and which is advancing rapidly in a race to conquer markets, minds and territory, we can encounter many challenges so that these platforms do not overtake us. As challenging as it may seem, the good news is that people continue to be the key behind technology.
