
Personas are archetypes - fictional characters - that represent typical users. They help designers and developers of services efficiently identify and empathize with user needs, characteristics and goals. This deck can serve as a starting point to develop your personas. It is based on two workshops conducted for Base4NFDI basic service teams in November 2023 and February 2024. It can be used by anybody developing a software or service. For Base4NFDI service teams, the creation of personas with the template and framework included is highly recommended and will be supported with workshops by Base4NFDI staff if required.
