Морфофункциональные особенности борцов-самбистов с высоким уровнем специальной физической подготовки

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена исследованию морфофункциональных характеристик самбистов с различным уровнем специализированной физической подготовки. В нем приняли участие 74 спортсмена, которые занимаются самбо в спортивных школах в течение 3-4 лет, в возрасте 17-21 года, все мужчины, в весовых категориях 64 кг и 71 кг. В ходе исследования были выявлены различия в морфологических и функциональных характеристиках самбистов высокого, среднего и низкого уровня подготовки. Кроме того, статья включает рассмотрение комплексного подхода к повышению результативности самбистов высокого уровня. В целом, данная научная работа обеспечивает всестороннее понимание специфических морфологических и функциональных характеристик, имеющих решающее значение для вида спорта самбо.

This article is devoted to the study of the morphofunctional characteristics of sambo wrestlers with various levels of specialized physical training. It involved 74 athletes who have been practicing sambo in sports schools for 3-4 years, aged 17-21, all male, in the weight categories of 64 kg and 71 kg. The research identified differences in the morphological and functional characteristics of sambo wrestlers at high, medium, and low levels of preparation. Additionally, the article includes an examination of a comprehensive approach to enhancing the performance of high-level sambo wrestlers. Overall, the article provides a comprehensive understanding of the specific morphological and functional characteristics that are crucial for the sport of sambo.
