Abstract

Figure 2 Microsatellite-based neighbour-joining-tree between samples collected in Portugal (P- Gerês) and Tunisia (T- El Jouza). The neighbour-joining tree was based on the results obtained for the 20 selected loci and was constructed using a Cavalli-Sforza and Edward's chord distance matrix as recommended by Takezaki and Nei (1996) with MEGA 7.0.26 (Kumar et al. 2016).
