This dataset includes (1) A 1D P-wave velocity model file (vfs.mat), after Mochizuki et al. (2019, https://doi.org/10.1130/G46250.1), that was used to convert two-way traveltime picks to depth. MATLAB vectors are tt - two-way traveltime, vrms - RMS velocity for two-way time, zz - depth interval, and vv - depth interval velocity. (2) Total sediment thickness in meters (sed_thickness.txt), between the seafloor and basement interface (HKB). Columns are 1: longitude, 2: latitude, and 3: sediment thickness (meters). (3) Basement (HKB) depth in meters below sea level (basement.txt). Columns are 1: longitude, 2: latitude, and 3: basement depth in meters. (4) A Generic Mapping Tools grid file of total sediment thickness, created with the nearest neighbor algorithm (nn_sed_thickness.nc). (5) A Generic Mapping Tools grid file of basement depth, created with the nearest neighbor alogrithm (nn_basement_depth.nc).
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
