OLIDA is a novel database of known oligogenic combinations involved in different human genetic diseases. OLIDA integrates oligogenic diseases in addition to the previously collected digenic ones (such as done in DIDA), as well as introducing the copy number variations. OLIDA also has a web interface that allows exploration of the database, introduces an API to allow for machine access of the data, as well as insure data quality with the help of scores for each combination reflecting the amount of evidence supporting them.
