
Encouraging researchers to document their research activities is crucial. At Ghent University (Belgium) we have conducted during the past 2 years a project to engage researchers of multiple disciplines to outline the current requirements they have and to drive institutionally supported solutions. We describe the methodology of this project and outline significant tasks and milestones.
