Abstract: The incidence of asthma has increased over the past two decades, and today approximately 300 million people are affected by asthma. It is one of the most common chronic diseases in people regardless of gender and age. The mortality rate among patients with bronchial asthma is very high. The increasing number of cases of bronchial asthma in children in the last twenty years encourages us to consider this situation not only as a disease, but also as a social problem, and maximum efforts are directed to combat it. Аннотация: За последние два десятилетия заболеваемость астмой возросла, и сегодня астмой страдают около 300 миллионов человек. Это одно из самых распространенных хронических заболеваний у людей независимо от пола и возраста. Смертность среди больных бронхиальной астмой очень высока. Рост числа случаев бронхиальной астмы у детей в последние двадцать лет побуждает нас рассматривать эту ситуацию не только как болезнь, но и как социальную проблему и на борьбу с ней направляют максимальные усилия.
