Casanovo model weights trained on the nine-species benchmark dataset and used to generate results in "Sequence-to-sequence translation from mass spectra to peptides with a transformer model". Each model was trained on 8 species and tested on the held out species. Source code is available here on GitHub. Weights are compatible with Casanovo v4.x.x
