Abstract

This Zenodo repository offers scripts, notebooks, and raw data for the QuEStVar testing framework introduced in our manuscript, 'Statistical testing for protein equivalence identifies core functional modules conserved across 360 cancer cell lines and presents a general approach to investigating biological systems'. This snapshot preserves the analysis at the time of manuscript submission, with the GitHub repository providing the most current updates.
