The deliverableD1.3 MOVING Community of Practice (CoP) design and implementation report elaborates on the design and implementation of the MOVING CoP, with the aim of assessing its realisation and development during years 1 and 2. D1.3 has four specific objectives: Analyse the performance and engagement of the Multi-Actor Platforms (MAPs)(regional and EU MAPs)in years 1 and year 2 towards achieving the MOVING and CoP objectives; Identify issues in the implementation of the work plan; Learn from the results achieved; Propose recommendations, identify areas for improvements, and design actions and follow-up steps to be taken by the project to improve the implementation of the CoP (regional and EU MAPs). D1.3 may lead to an improved and more focused CoP work plan for the next two years including new proposals for actions. It will also lead to an improvedMonitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tool for MAPs. This deliverable has been developed using a combination of methods for the analysis of the CoP as a whole (23 regional MAPs, 1 EU MAP and the involvement of external actors). The methodology includes: (i)the analysis of the performance and engagement of the regional MAPs using the M&E tool for regional MAPs; (ii) analysis of the performance and engagement of the EU MAP; (iii) analysis of the dedicated Virtual Research Environment (VRE) Labs and (iv) analysis of CoP results achieved and indicators included in the work plan.
