Abstract

Острая токсичность LD50 противодиарейного препарата «Смекта - SD» - порошок для приготовления суспензии для приёма внутрь 3г производства ООО «Sharq Darmon», Узбекистан, составила при внутрижелудочном введении более 10000 мг/кг. Изучение специфического противодиарейного действия препарата «Смекта - SD» показало, что он обладают равнозначным с препаратом аналогом «Смекта» - порошок для приготовления суспензии для приёма внутрь 3г., производства «Ipsen Pharma», Франция т.е. по специфическому действию препараты биологически эквивалентны.
