</script>Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the degree of influence of teachers’ participation in school decision-making on their professional performance in schools in the northeastern Badia from their point of view. The descriptive approach was used. The results showed that the degree of teachers’ participation in school decision-making in schools in the northeastern Badia was moderate. In light of the results of the study, the study recommended the necessity of raising the degree of teachers’ participation in school decisions, and delegating powers and responsibilities to teachers in a way that makes them feel their position. Keywords: Participation, school decisions, and occupational performance. درجة تأثير مشاركة المعلمين في اتخاذ القرارات المدرسية على أدائهم المهني الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن درجة تأثير مشاركة المعلمين في اتخاذ القرارات المدرسية على أدائهم المهني في مدارس البادية الشمالية الشرقية من وجهة نظرهم، استخدم المنهج الوصفي. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة مشاركة المعلمين في اتخاذ القرارات المدرسية في مدارس البادية الشمالية الشرقية جاءت متوسطة وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة اوصت الدراسة بضرورة رفع درجة مشاركة المعلمين في القرارات المدرسية، وتفويض الصلاحيات والمسؤوليات للمعلمين بما يشعرهم بمكانتهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: المشاركة، القرارات المدرسية، الأداء المهني.
