
This document can be used by all those interested in the assessment of the organisational culture and the working climate for women. The report presents key findings stemming from the institutional surveys and semi-structured interviews carried out within the consortium during the implementation of the EQUAL4EUROPE project. These activities addressed, in particular, female faculty, temporary contract researchers, and PhD students as well as key stakeholders such as university deans, HR leads, members of work councils.
